Your financial contribution to the Troopers Helping Troopers Foundation will be of great help in assisting members of the law enforcement community who are facing times of great need. Your help allows this foundation to grow, and make a greater positive impact on the individuals and families that we serve.
How to Contribute
You have several options for how to contribute to the Troopers Helping Troopers Foundation:
- Mailing a check with our downloadable form.
- Contributing online via debit or credit card.
- Donating via regular payroll deduction.
- Giving via the PSECU website “bill payer” option (for use by retirees only).
Mailing a Check

Online Contribution
Via credit card or debit card, you can donate securely online. You can make a donation by using your credit card or debit card. Please click here to get started.
Please note: if you’re giving a donation in honor of someone, please note that person’s name in the Comments section of the contribution form.
Payroll Deduction
Active members can support the Troopers Helping Troopers Foundation by filling out a payroll deduction card and mailing it in for processing by the office staff.
Special Option for Retirees
In addition to making a donation by mail or online, retired members may also contribute using the PSECU website “bill payer” option.

We welcome the support of corporate donors! If your organization is interested in supporting the Troopers Helping Troopers Foundation, please call us at 717-540-5646 for information.
Contributions are Tax-Deductible
The Troopers Helping Foundation is a 501(C)3 Foundation. All contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Upon receipt of your contribution, the Foundation staff will mail you an acknowledgment letter that you may use for tax-filing purposes.
There can be no finer contribution than to support the men and women who willingly risk their lives to keep Pennsylvania safe.
